Lori has over 14 years experience in the lending industry and a number of years in property management. Her management experience and extensive knowledge in processing, underwriting and closing of loans gives her the ability to manage real estate files with expertise. This “behind the scenes” work that goes into buying and selling real estate is valuable in managing all aspects of the transition while providing superior customer service to all of our clients. She maintains a high level of communication and resolves problems to ensure transactions are closed efficiently and on time.
Lori has also been a licensed Broker Associate for the past 6 years and can answer any real estate question, list and show properties and help guide sellers and buyers through the home selling or buying process. As a family and team, we tailor our talents to the individual needs of our clients and provide the kind of service they expect and deserve. In fact, the Andrews Real Estate Team has received multiple customer service awards through Coldwell Banker LK&H and is continually among the Top Producing Teams in the company.
Kristen has an extensive marketing background, stemming from a Bachelor of Science degree in communications and public relations from the University of Wyoming. She worked in the housing industry in Denver, first as the public relations counselor for a local homebuilder and then, as a marketing director for a national home building company. She moved home to Rapid City in January of 2004 to sell real estate with her family as a member of the Andrews Real Estate Team.
Since that time, Kristen has been involved in all aspects of residential and commercial real estate, and has applied her marketing expertise to listing and selling homes, land, businesses and commercial properties. She is currently working towards her Graduate of Real Estate Institute (GRI) certification and is already a certified Negotiation Specialist and eMarketing Specialist through Coldwell Banker University. She is experienced in residential and commercial purchase agreements, interpreting tax information for potential buyers and putting together complete annual property operating data (APOD) forms in order to make the buying and selling process easy for all parties. She prides herself on being a great negotiator for clients and working hard to get buyers and sellers exactly what they want when buying or selling property.
Kristen is currently serving a 3-year elected position as a Local Director for the Black Hills Association of REALTORS
®, and as a part of the Andrews Real Estate Team, has been named the Top Producing Team at Coldwell Banker LK&H five times in the past 2 years.
